First Setp is to ->

1. We need to go to andorid Settings -> Applications -> Manage Application -> All
2. Choose the Google Play Store
3. Force stop

Second Step is to ->

1. We need to go to andorid Settings -> Applications -> Manage Application -> All
2. Choose the Google Service Framework
3. Clear Data
4. Force stop

Third step is to ->

Shut down the tablet and restart Tablet and go to playstore for accepting agreeement and start downloading new applications...
